Night Song
I sit quietly
in the night,
surrounded
by stillness.
The darkness
has its own reward.
In the distance,
classical guitar music
floats on the summery breeze.
A stranger's voice,
mellow and alluring,
parts the darkness
with a lyrical language,
unknown to me,
and night dissolves
into a slow tempo
of song and infinity.

I always enjoy sharing poetry at Book Readers heaven, but this one I especially loved...Beautiful isn't it...
While I got involved with the classical guitar, I pulled one I especially enjoy as well...
